Her Place in the Clouds

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Used by Nelson Mandela in his 1994 inaugural speech

About Me

My photo
Amber Rose
Innocent, loving, forgetful, clumsy, hilarious, a hippie at heart, peaceful, trustworthy, passionate, and a lover of traveling, these are some of the words others would use to describe me. I have to admit that I am not the smartest of individuals and my manners are not always perfect. Who doesn’t like to let out a good burp every now and then? But I do LOVE to LOVE and I have dreams, and in this amazing world they are slowly but truly coming true! A motto that I believe in is that you follow the feelings of your heart, "Follow the Dao" as the Taoist would say and those of the wise. "Whenever you are confronted with an Opponent,Conquer him with Love!"-Gandhi my LOVES: Orange Hippie Vans, back flips, cowgirl boots, sushi, getting a massage, pretty smiles, singing to music, flying, cute braziers, Trader Joes, camping, taking a hot bath and eating ice cream, smelling coffee, taking pictures, snuggling in bed, dyeing Easter eggs, accents, running, horoscopes, hammocks, acacia smoothies, thunder storms, scarves, berries, taking walks, guitars, and cheese!!!
